Carter has been underweight on and off (mostly on) since he was a year old. I took this picture last spring:
He was 3 feet 11 inches tall and weighed 39 pounds. I took this picture tonight:
He is 4 feet 1 inch tall and weighs 51 pounds. He looks a little bit better, no?
